​Here at Insight Therapeutic Massage we specialize in many different massage techniques. Our goal is to be the best possible massage therapist for you. We've gone to great lengths ensuring our techniques are up to date and our masseuses have the training and certification to go above and beyond. Located out of downtown Concord New Hampshire, we serve  clients from all over the state. We welcome clients with any level of experience with massage and will cater to individual needs.

Gentle massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements ​

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses slower, more forceful strokes to target deep layers of muscle and connective tissue ​

Trigger Point Therapy

Focusing on trigger points or very sensitive areas of tight muscles, after injuries or over use, this is used in addition to Swedish massage. ​

Sports and Fitness Massage

Specific massages that accommodate the needs of athletes, especially during training, before or after events, to enhance performance or promote healing post-injury.

Prenatal and Postnatal Massage

Massages that are specifically tailored to women during pregnancy to help alleviate some of their pains.

Hot Stone Massage

A specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body.
